Operation Condition
- This adhesive must be evenly coated on the plastic film surface by roll coater; and after the resin is Dried by the well ventilated machine oven at temperature 50 ~ 60°C, and it is then laminated under pressure 100 ~ 150kg/cm2 at temperature 80 ~ 90°C After securing the proper adherence of the Plastic film to printed paper or cardboard, then do the cutting.
- Dilution Solvent: toluene or EAC.
- Fire point: 25°C (method: ASTM D92). Fire fighting material: foam or CO2 extinguisher.
